The Artist Club Card is a paid-for membership program that offers makeup professionals member-exclusive benefits including a discount on INGLOT products and access to special events. To enroll, simply visit our website, fill out the membership application form, provide professional documentation and pay the membership fee (AED 100) online. You will receive your personalized card within one month and can start enjoying your exclusive Artist Club benefits. Every time your card expires you will need to re-apply with your current professional documentation and pay the membership fee (AED 100). APPAREL reserves the right to request additional professional documentation at any time and the Member on its own volition to update the records as and when it is replenished. Examples of professional identification include an editorial page with name credit, a UAE residency visa mentioning “Makeup Artist” as your designation, a makeup artist school certificate or diploma, a business card, a resume with a headshot, a publication masthead, a professional license or a professional letter of reference from your employer.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The Artist Club Card costs 100 AED and is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
• The Artist Club card can only be used by the individual to whom the membership was issued on presentation of this ID during purchases.
• The membership program is exclusive to the UAE, and not available in other markets.
• All applicants must be residing in the UAE and have a valid Emirates ID.
• APPAREL reserves the right to limit purchases.
• There is an annual limit of AED 25,000 worth of products and beyond which discounts are not applicable.
• Products purchased using the Artist Club card are for personal and professional use only, and should not be resold under any circumstances.
• Membership discounts may not be shared with others under any circumstances.
• Discounts can only be availed on full priced items, and are not valid in conjunction with any offers or promotions.
• Club Apparel points cannot be availed or redeemed while using the Artist Club card. Discounts can only be used to purchase limited edition collections 3 weeks after the collection launch.
• A passport or Emirates ID must be presented along with the Artist Club card at the time of purchase in the store, and must match the member’s name on the Artist Club card.
• The membership card or the benefits are non-transferrable.
• Mutilated, tampered or damaged cards will not be accepted.
• APPAREL reserves the right to verify your continued eligibility and may request additional professional documentation at any time.
• Select benefits such as events and master classes, may be at an additional cost to members, and space or supplies these events may be limited.
• APPAREL reserves the right to modify the Artist Club program and its benefits at any time without prior notice.
• APPAREL or INGLOT brand Principal shall not be responsible.
• This shall be governed and construed under the laws of the United Arab Emirates with the Courts of Dubai having exclusive jurisdiction to settle any unresolved disputes.
• Apparel Group shall in no way be responsible or liable for any action or omission on part of the Member in pursuance of being a member.
• All conditions and warranties whether expressed or implied are expressly excluded to the full extent permitted by law.
